Portfolio Exchange/Chapter Chair Meeting

Portfolio Exchange will be at Keneseth Israel (KI), our pre-Covid Exchange location. Portfolio Committee is not conducting curbside pick-up. Consequently, we need the larger facilities at KI.

Portfolio Exchange Instructions are under the password secure Chapter Chair section on our AGTS website. Access to documents for the meeting are being uploaded as soon as Board members can prepare them.

Please remember that the Chapter Finance Report and Leadership & Statistic Update Reports are due by May 31^st. They can be accessed under Forms and Reports, also in the Chapter Chair section under Portfolio Exchange.  Instructions are on the website.

Our AGTS Bylaws require that each chapter send a representative Portfolio Exchange. If neither chair nor co-chair can attend, please find someone in your chapter. To keep our status as a 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer organization, we need to abide by our bylaws.
